Who we are

Here at Connect U Business, have been arranging great deals for all types of businesses for over 15 years. Our staff have built the best relationships with suppliers to ensure we can find you the very best price and service to suit your business needs.

20 years ago the 2 founders of Connect U were working for a Big 6 energy Company and one of the biggest Telecoms providers when they had the idea of starting their own company with the sole aim of helping people get the best deal for their business services.

Over the years the industry has changed greatly and the business has evolved and grown but we still follow our number one rule to make it easy for our customers to get the best deal and be treated fairly.

How we work

We prefer dealing face to face rather than over the phone, we are based in Kent and most of our customers are in this area, however we do have a number of customers all across the UK.

Once you contact us we will conduct a consultation with you to look at what services you are using with which suppliers and how much you are paying, we will discuss your needs and wishes and offer as much advice as we can.

Once we know what you need we will set about obtaining the best deal from a reputable supplier, we work with most of the main suppliers in Energy and Telecoms. Often we are able to secure you a better deal with your existing supplier, as we have the contacts and experience to get the price down to the very lowest available.

Once you are happy with any deal we secure, we will do all of the paperwork and admin and handle any transfers if required. You will have the direct number of your account manager and we offer ongoing support with any plans we arrange.

All of our services free to the customer, we get paid by the suppliers for managing your account.
